EAP Implementation Process

This flow chart represents a basic implementation schedule. Typically, Duke works closely with the designated company's EAP steering committee to develop all strategies for implementation. Duke's sensitivity to the needs of each organization enables us to modify the implementation plan according to your company's needs. Depending on the organization's requests, the implementation process usually takes 60 to 90 days.
