From Raleigh and Points East:

Take I-40 West from Raleigh towards Durham/Chapel Hill.
Take the Page Road Exit (Exit 282).
At bottom of the exit ramp (at the traffic light), turn RIGHT onto Page Road.
Go under the bridge and through the traffic light.
After going through the traffic light, turn RIGHT onto Creekstone Drive.
As soon as you turn onto Creekstone Drive, turn immediately LEFT to continue on Creekstone Drive.
Take the first RIGHT to turn into the parking lot of the Overlook building.
Follow the signage on the LEFT side of the building for Duke Occupational Medicine.

From Northern Durham:

Take NC-147 South (the Durham Freeway) to I-40 East towards Raleigh.
From I-40 East, take the Page Road Exit (Exit 282).
At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn RIGHT onto Page Road.
Take the first RIGHT onto Creekstone Drive.
As soon as you turn onto Creekstone Drive, turn immediately LEFT to continue on Creekstone Drive.
Take the first RIGHT to turn into the parking lot of the Overlook building.
Follow the signage on the LEFT side of the building for Duke Occupational Medicine.

From Chapel Hill, West of Chapel Hill and Southern Durham:

Take I-40 East towards Raleigh.

Take the Page Road Exit (Exit 282).

At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn RIGHT onto Page Road.

Take the first RIGHT onto Creekstone Drive.

As soon as you turn onto Creekstone Drive, turn immediately LEFT to continue on Creekstone Drive.

Take the first RIGHT to turn into the parking lot of the Overlook building.
